Wilcox and her Earl, own El Portal Restaurant in Phoenisx and has a concessions contract with the airport fora Chili’s Too franchise in Termina 4. The Maricopa County Sheriff’ws Office sent the Phoenix Aviationb Department a public records request June 11 askingthe city-rub airport to make available lease, sublease and contracting documents related to business entities owned by the Wilcoxes.

Wilcox and Supervisor Don Stapley votedx Wednesday toblock $1.4 million in state money earmarked for Thomas’s office to enforcee immigration and human smugglingf laws. The board deadlocked at 2 to 2 on that vote stallintg thestate money.
